Hydrostatic Pipe Tester is mainly used to determine of the resistance of thermoplastics pipes to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It conforms to ISO 1167. It is mainly used in testing the short-time hydraulic failure and resistance to constant internal pressure of the plastic pipes for the transport of fluids.
A. Characteristic:
Each station has a piece of Precise pressure micro-control unit and is controlled by microcomputer, it may be set alone under this case which upper system computer is not started up and control pressure, accuracy, time parameter of the station and so on, real-time display pressure, time, status (eight)and can store data’s of varies parameters.(it can store 8760 hours pressure data in order that avoid lost data when system computer offline----now tests of some products fail to do the test without output data from the plastic-pipe hydraulic pressure testing machine)At the same time, this machine can also distinguish eight testing condition (Pressure up, pressure down, pressure compensate, running, end, leakage and exploding).Automatically judge time parameter (effective time, setting pressure within time) ineffective time and rest time. Automatically adjusting relationship of setting time and effective time, make the test automatically stop when effective time up to the setting time in order to it stops when it makes failure and ineffective time in public holidays.
B. Import Solenoid valve(Germany GSR), three pieces each station, as we adopt to advanced control pressure way with synchronous Danmark and German ,three pieces electric valve may operate separately according to procedure and test case , and reach wide application range and high precision requirement (exceed ±1%, may reach±0.0001Mpa ).
C. Import Pressure station (from Giant, USA), one set each station, performance of the test pressure pump is better than domestic water pressure pump and some products assemble gas drive water pump and its life is longer ,sound is lower and need not gas pump (resource).
D. Pressure sensor (from spaceflight department): one piece each station, we assure 0.001Mpa resolution and the most high control pressure accuracy can reach ±0.001Mpa of setting value.
E. Each station has many single valves of the pipeline and adjusts flux valves.
F. As we adopt to distributed control method of double computer, lower computer may go on working without online or off computer and assure that test data are not lose(the longest 8760 hours).
